Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase you may return it for store credit or exchange.

Local Ottawa returns can be made to our Westboro studio, curbside drop off on Tuesdays or Fridays between the hours of 2-3pm.

All other returns can be made via Canada Post, at the customers expense. Please email us to advise if you wish to return an item, and for return address.

Currently all returns will be issued with store credit to repurchase a different size or item.
