We hope you're satisfied with your order but in case you need to exchange for a different size, or the item wasn't what you hoped, we've outlined our returns and exchanges policy below!
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for merchandise purchased online at the Pure Lifestyle Apparel so long as:
items being returned are unworn, unwashed, unused
a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) is requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If your request is eligible for return based on the above criteria, please follow the instructions below to request an RMA#:
If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, please contact customer service prior to sending the package back to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
Pack the item(s) adequately and securely, and return them to the address provided via e-mail when obtaining your RMA number. Using a trackable, insured, shipping method is recommended. Retain the tracking number for your records.
Please allow 3 to 6 business days from the time it has been delivered to us for your return/exchange to be processed by our team before following up with your request.
Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping on items sent to or from our fulfillment centre. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured method to ship returns or exchanges back to us.
